Excavating Creativity Through Embodied Perception

Experiential workshops designed to access and engage a deeper sense of embodiment

Held at unique venues throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area

About

  • Embodied perception

Each week will be an exploration of different exercises to experience and understand more fully how our bodies communicate. Meets once a week for six weeks, eight participants maximum.

  • Bring your own intentions

Your focus is on what you need most right now. Possibilities include seeking restoration and self care, enhancing a deeper sense of embodied self-attunement, looking within for creative solutions to specific concerns, or simply following a sense of your own curiosity.

  • Creative exploration

Through guided embodied activities, embodied writing, working with clay, and walking- art circles, we will explore a gentle approach to seeking and exploring the body’s creative wisdom.

As aesthetic sensory creatures, we come to understand ourselves and our world through what we notice—what evokes a poetic sense of resonance.
